Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for EbraTech's digital products and software subscriptions.

Free Trials

Some EbraTech products may include a free trial.

If a product includes a free trial, the duration and applicable subscription terms will be clearly displayed before you start the trial.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the applicable paid subscription may begin and renew according to the terms shown at checkout.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time using the cancellation options provided by the applicable payment provider or through your EbraTech account, where available.

Cancellation normally prevents future charges but does not automatically refund a completed billing period.

You will generally retain access to paid features until the end of the period that has already been paid for, unless otherwise stated.

Refund Requests

Because EbraTech products are digital software products, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a significant technical problem that prevented you from using the purchased product, or have another legitimate reason for requesting a refund, please contact EbraTech support.

Please provide the email address associated with your purchase and relevant order information so that we can investigate the request.

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or more than once for the same purchase, contact support as soon as possible.

We will investigate the transaction and, where appropriate, arrange a correction or refund.

Payment Provider

Depending on the transaction and payment method, refunds may be processed through the payment provider used for the original purchase.
